Summit Entertainment recently announced the specs for its disc editions of the vampire sensation TWILIGHT. The adaptation of the Stephenie Meyer best seller hits the home market March 21 (a Saturday, bucking the usual Tuesday-debut trend to get fans lining up late Friday night).
The movie will be issued in a two-DVD set, with a very limited number of single-disc editions released to select retail outlets. The double-discer will contain the following special features:

Disc One
? Five extended scenes with introductions by Hardwicke
? Audio commentary by director Catherine Hardwicke and stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart
? Muse, Paramore and Linkin Park music videos
Disc Two
? Five deleted scenes with introductions by Hardwicke
? The Adventure Begins: The Journey from Page to Screen seven-part documentary
? Comic-Con Phenomenon featurette

And more. The double DVD will have an MSRP of $32.99 (pre-order it here for only $22.99); the Blu-ray has yet to be priced.

Meanwhile, British publisher Plexus will release THE ROBERT PATTINSON ALBUM March 1. The biography of the teen vampire flick?s hottest star is being rushed out just in time for the DVD release. In news sure to excite tween girls (and their mothers) everywhere, THE ROBERT PATTINSON ALBUM will contain 75 full-color photographs of the actor/musician ranging from candid shots to production stills to rarely seen glimpses.
